Fair questions

What counts as a request?
One call to /v1/chat/completions. A streamed response is one request too.
Do you charge per token?
No. Plans are flat monthly fees with daily request caps. A 10-token answer costs the same as a 3,000-token one.
What about TVA?
EU TVA applies where required — Paddle, as merchant of record, handles it. B2B customers with a valid TVA number get reverse charge (0%).
Can I cancel?
Anytime — write to support or use the cancel link in your Paddle receipt. Access runs until the end of your period.
What happens when I hit the daily cap?
The API returns a 429 with a Retry-After header. The cap resets on a rolling day.
